• Your notes: title, content, and optional metadata such as labels, color, pinned/archived state.
• App settings: e.g., theme, language, and other preferences you set.
• Optional local history items like favorites or trash/archive timestamps.

This information is saved locally (e.g., app storage, LocalStorage/IndexedDB) and not transmitted to our servers.

3) Third-Party Services

Nootsy’s base version does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If we add an optional integration in the future (e.g., cloud sync), we will disclose it here and provide an explicit opt-in inside the app.

4) Children’s Privacy

Nootsy is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As the app does not require accounts or uploads, there is no online submission of personal data within the app.

5) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA) such as the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information. Because your notes and settings are stored on your device, you can exercise most rights directly within the app by editing or deleting content, or by using the export features.
